What constitutes a "non-commercial" use case?

To be eligible for pro bono assistance, both the project and the requesting entity must be noncommercial in nature. This means that (a) your organization must be a nonprofit organization (and, in most cases, registered as such in your primary country of activity), and (b) the project with which you require assistance cannot generate revenue in any form, either through usage fees, commercial licensing or advertising.
